Beautifully decorated and furnished this property can accommodate up to four guests in a kingsized and twin bedrooms. It is ideally located for the seafront, town centre, theatres and Devonshire park tennis courts.
Bay tree apartment is situated in a majestic square which faces on to Eastbourne's sea-front. The apartment is equidistant from the Congress theatre and the seafront which are both within a minutes walk. The apartment has its own private entrance which is accessed down a few steps from the pavement. Once inside there is a lobby leading into a large bright living room with a modern open plan kitchen, from the living room a door leads into a hallway with a twin and kingsized bedroom, and family shower room. The main bedroom has an ensuite toilet and wash handbasin. A door from the hall leads to an attractive en-closed rear garden which has been paved. There is a table and chairs for outside dining.

This room looks out onto the square. It has lovely plantation shutters to the windows and is beautifully decorated and furnished. It has two sofas, coffee table, dining room table and chairs, lamps, TV and Dvd player. There is Wifi throughout the apartment.

This modern, attractive kitchen has an oven/hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dish-washer and microwave. The kitchen has a plentiful supply of crockery, pots, pans and utensils.

A bright twin bedroom has a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and two single beds. It is decorated to appeal to children but will raise a smile with the adults as well. It looks out into the enclosed garden.

This dual aspect room is decorated in tranquil colours and over looks the garden. It has a kingsized bed and a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables with lamps. At the entrance to this bedroom os a modern ensuite toilet and wash handbasin.

From the hallway there is a door leading to the enclosed garden. This area has been beautifully paved to provide an ideal space for relaxing or dining. The garden has a table and four chairs.
