Living Room/Dining Room

This bright and spacious room is beautifully decorated and furnished. It has a comfortable sofa and armchairs and a feature fireplace. There is a TV with freeview channels and a DVD/CD player. At one end of the room is a dining table and six chairs. Patio doors open onto a small balcony which is ideal for evening drinks or alfresco breakfast.

Single Bedroom

This delightful room is decorated and furnished in marine colours to reflect the proximity to the sea. Single bed, desk and soft furnishings will make this a popular retreat for any child (or adult).

Twin Bedroom

A bright and colourful room with stylish furnishings.This room has twin beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Master Bedroom

This elegant ensuite bedroom has a kingsize bed with wardrobes and chest of drawers. Decorated in muted soft colours to create a soothing and restful environment. The ensuite has a walk-in shower, toilet and wash handbasin.
All the bedrooms have crisp white linen and come complete with hand and bath towels.

Family Bathroom

A well appointed bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and handbasin.

Kitchen

This fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher , fridge/freezer and washer dryer. Excellent supply of pots pans and crockery will allow you to cater for every need.

Outside

There is a small balcony leading from the living room with table and chairs.

A dedicated parking space is provided adjacent to the apartment.

The Apartment contains our Eastbourne Holiday Cottages “Out and About Box” which provides information about local attractions, walks, Ordnance Survey Maps, bus and railway timetables, with food and pub guides.

Why not order your shopping online so it arrives just after you do? That way you can start your holiday without wasting time in the supermarket. Your arrival time at the cottage is from 3pm. All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
