Just a short walk from the railway station and Bus Terminus. Eastbourne offers a wealth of tourist, cultural and sporting attractions all on the doorstep of this Victorian apartment. Little Chelsea has a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and individual shops and is considered the Artisan quarter of Eastbourne. The apartment has a large living room, king sized bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a delightful patio area off the kitchen and bedroom. There is also a peaceful garden to enjoy sunny days.

Living Room

This bright and airy room has a large bay window overlooking Grove Road. The room is well furnished with two sofas, side tables and lamps, a TV ( inc. Freeview, BT Sports, iPlayer & Netflix) plus a DVD player. Recently added to Little Chelsea is a Music system that includes a record player and USB port for any media device. There is also a Dining table and chairs for up to four guests. To one side of the room two single wall beds have been discreetly fitted to offer extra sleeping capacity with a privacy curtain. A USB charging point is available.

The Kitchen

This modern kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge (with small freezer compartment). There is a plentiful supply of crockery, pots, pans and utensils. The kitchen has large windows looking on to the patio area and a table and chairs for informal dining.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a kingsized bed, bedside tables and lamps. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers. From the bedroom there is a door onto the patio area.


There is a modern bathroom with bath, over shower and wash handbasin. Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet also with a wash hand basin.


There is a private patio area own the first floor overlooking the garden. This area has table and chairs and is a great space for outdoor dining or enjoying a drink in the open air. Stairs from this area also lead to the garden which is for the sole use off the apartment. The garden has a lawn with a herbaceous border with flowering shrubs. There is also a table and chairs in this area. There is a shed for bike storgae if required.


Parking outside is on a permit basis and parking permits will be provided for guests.

All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
