This first floor apartment is in a delightful location for a holiday in Eastbourne. The views from the living room are unrivalled, overlooking the tranquil bowling green with far reaching views of the sea. The apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and has a new kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment has been furnished with a contemporary feel providing comfort and practicality for our guests. It is ideally situated close to the beach and many local attractions.

Living Room

The living room is furnished with a large sofa and easy chair. There is a table and four chairs in the bay window with stunning views of the sea. There is a flat screen TV and DVD/CD player.

The Kitchen

A brand new galley kitchen has been installed with fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and hob. It is well equipped with pots and pans and a good selection of crockery and utensils. From the kitchen a door leads onto a balcony with table and chairs which is suitable for Al Fresco dining.

Master Bedroom

There is a double bed and wardrobe in this room. The beds have elegant duvet covers and sheets with a plentiful supply of soft fluffy towels.

Twin Bedroom

This is a bright room with two single beds, a wardrobe and bedside table. The beds are beautifully dressed and fluffy bath and hand towels are provided.

Bathroom

There is a modern bathroom with bath, over shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

You can be confident that our bedrooms are elegantly furnished with comfortable beds and crisp clean linens. Pillows and duvets are Microfibre so allergy sufferers need not worry. Likewise, the bathroom has a selection of quality toiletries and plenty of generously sized soft towels.

Parking

This property also comes with a dedicated parking space at the rear of the property which is reserved for our guests.
From the main door of the property the apartment is accessed via a communal hall and staircase to its own front door on the first floor.

A welcome pack is provided for all our guests and includes fresh flowers, tea, coffee and milk. We aim to provide a most memorable holiday experience and have an exceedingly high level of repeat business.

The Apartment contains our Eastbourne Holiday Cottages “Out and About Box” which provides information about local attractions, walks, Ordnance Survey Maps, bus and railway timetables, with food and pub guides.

Why not order your shopping online so it arrives just after you do? That way you can start your holiday without wasting time in the supermarket. You arrival time at the cottage is from 3pm. All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
