Living Room

This modern and bright room has direct Marina views and leads directly onto the large terrace. The room is well furnished and decorated with a large sofa, armchairs, coffee table and lamps and a TV. There is a table and four chairs for dining. There is Wifi throughout the apartment.

The Kitchen

At one end of the living room is a fully equipped open plan kitchen. It contains a good selection of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge/freezer.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is well decorated and overlooks the Marina. It has a super kingsize bed, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Patio doors lead from the bedroom onto the outside terrace.

En-Suite Shower Room

This room has a large cubicle shower, toilet and wash handbasin.

Twin Bedroom

This room has two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It is bright and well decorated.

Family Bathroom

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash handbasin. There is also a heated towel rail.

Terrace

A special feature of this apartment is the large outdoor terrace overlooking the yachts and motor launches of the Marina. There is a table and chairs for outside dining or watching the activity on the water.

Parking

There is a dedicated parking space for one car in the underground car park which is below the apartment. There are also visitor car parking spaces within the development.

All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
