This apartment is situated just off the High Street in the ever popular Meads Village. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the seafront and the South Downs. The property has been tastefully redecorated and refurnished to provide a comfortable and delightful family holiday base. It has the benefit of a secluded courtyard garden and is ideally suited to families and couples.

The apartment is accessed through the main front door of the house and then into a communal hallway. Off the hallway is the door to the apartment. The apartment is bright and airy with large rooms and high ceilings. It is beautifully decorated to reflect it's proximity to the seaside.

Living Room

This large room has comfortable sofa and chairs, and a dining room table and chairs. There is a TV, DVD, iPod docking station and CD player.

The Kitchen

There is a modern kitchen which is well equipped with pots and pans, utensils and crockery. There is an oven and hob, washing machine, dish washer, fridge with freezing compartment. The kitchen looks out to the delightful courtyard garden.

Master Bedroom

There is a large master bedroom to the front of the property with double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The room is tastefully furnished and has wooden blinds and curtains. The beds are comfortable and of a good quality and have fine linens.

Second Bedroom

This bedroom overlooks the courtyard garden and is ideal for children. It has two bunk beds and storage.

Bathroom

The bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms and has a bath with over shower and a wash hand basin. There is a separate toilet and wash hand basin.

Outside

The delightful courtyard garden is accessed from the hall and is equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. The courtyard has a mediterranean feel and is perfect for al fresco dining or a drink after a long day at the beach or a trek over the South Downs.

Why not order your shopping online so it arrives just after you do? That way you can start your holiday without wasting time in the supermarket. You arrival time at the cottage is from 3pm. All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
