Living Room

This large room has one wall of windows overlooking the Marina and patio doors leading onto the terrace. It is well decorated and furnished with two sofas, coffee table and a wide screen TV (with Sky & Sky sports).There is a CD player with iPod docking station.

The Hallway

The Hallway is used as a dining Hall and has a table and six chairs for indoor dining.

The Kitchen

A beautiful kitchen with superb views over the Marina. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and an excellent selection of crockery, pots, pans and utensils. The kitchen has a radio.

Master Bedroom

This delightful room has a King sized bed with ample wardrobe space. Touch sensitive lighting creates an atmosphere of restful luxury. There is a large ensuite shower room with double shower.

Second Bedroom

This twin bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a good range of wardrobe space and storage cupboards.

Third bedroom

Another twin bed room with two single beds, lovely bed linen and towels.

Family bathroom

A large family bathroom with bath, over shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

Outside

TA stunning decked terrace is on two sides of the apartment. The terrace and a range of plants and flowers and there is a large table and chairs. The views form this terrace are outstanding.

Why not order your shopping online so it arrives just after you do? That way you can start your holiday without wasting time in the supermarket. You arrival time at the cottage is from 3pm. All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
