The Loft is a one bedroom first floor apartment in the much favoured Motcombe Village in the Old Town area of Eastbourne. It has been completely refurbished to provide luxury accommodation in a character building. The property is above a coffee shop (which boasts the best breakfasts in Eastbourne) and is accessed through it's own doorway via an outside staircase. There is a well furnished lounge with bay window overlooking public gardens. HD TV with Sky (including Sky Sports), DVD,and Wifi are included in the rental. A bright and well equipped kitchen, double bedroom and a modern shower room complete the accommodation. The apartment has great charm and would be suitable for couples, and romantic getaways.

Living Room

The living room is furnished with a large sofa and armchair, occasional tables and lamps. It is bright and well decorated. There is a wall mounted flat screen HD TV with satelite channels and a DVD player.

The Kitchen

A bright and airy kitchen which is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is an excellent selection of crockery, pots, pans and kitchen equipment. A window overlooks the gardens of Motcombe Village.

The Bedroom

A double bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets furnish this charming bedroom. There is a wall mounted TV and DVD player. Quality bed linen and soft towels are included in the rental.

Bathroom

A modern refurbished shower room with walk in shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Why not order your shopping online so it arrives just after you do? That way you can start your holiday without wasting time in the supermarket. You arrival time at the cottage is from 3pm. All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
